We are reviewing a high volume of loan forgiveness applications as quickly as possible. According to the guidelines established by the SBA, lenders have up to 60 days from the date we receive a forgiveness application to review it and submit to the SBA. Then, the SBA may take up to 90 days to make a final decision on your application.

After you register for the SBA PPP Direct Forgiveness portal and begin your application, you will be prompted to search for your PPP loan number by typing in the Tax Identification Number (EIN, SSN or ITIN) you used to apply for your PPP loan and the amount of your loan. Your PPP loan number will be displayed on the left side of the screen. The SBA PPP number and the Fountainhead PPP number are the same.
